On April 24, 2015, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2014 of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam as follows:

-         Ex-right date:    May 08, 2015

-         Record date:     May 12, 2015

-         Purpose: to pay the cash dividend of 2014        

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:           10.2%/ par value (VND1,020/ share)

-         Payment date:   May 22, 2015   

-         Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company – Floor 10th, BIDV Tower , No. 35 Hang Voi St., Hoan Kiem Dist., Ha Noi City from May 22, 2015 and please submit ID card.
