PTL: PTL changed from the controlled status to the warning status

On April 15, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.126/TB-SGDHCM to release the stock PTL of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: PTL) from the controlled status, and put it into the warning status as from April 17, 2015.

Reason: Profit after tax of its holding company’s shareholders in 2014 was VND2.77 billion and undistributed profit after tax at December 31, 2014 was –VND144.46 billion.
