PHR: Resolution of the BOD

Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

1)     The Board of Directors approved for business result in the first 3 months 2015:

-       Exploitation output: 3,097.86 tons of dried latex (17.60% of plan)

-       Purchasing output: 1,495.02 tons of dried latex

-       Consumption: 5,799.22 tons

-       Average consumption price: VND32.84 million/ton.

-       Revenue from rubber: VND225.330 billion

-       Profit before tax: VND25,845 billion

-       Profit after tax: VND21,814 billion

2)     Business plan for Quarter II/2015:

-       Exploitation output: 3,294 tons of dried latex

-       Consumption: 2,000 tons

-       Profit: VND40 billion.

-       Approving to choose Vietnam Auditingand AccountingConsultancyCo., Ltd (AVA to audit its 2015 financial year.

-       The 2015 dividend: 20%
