COM: Personnel Change in the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COMECO) appointed Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, PV Oil’s representative in COMECO, to replace Mr. Vo Tan Phong as a member of the Board of Directors of COMECO for the remaining time of term 2012-2016, effective from April 17, 2015.
