Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Company announced the personnel change in the Board of Directors as follows:

-          Approve the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung from the Board of Directors.

-          Approve the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung from the Board of Directors.
