DPR: Resolution of the BOD

Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 14, 2015:  

1)     The Board of Directors approved the business result in Quarter 1/2015:

-         Exploiting production: 1,959 tons (13.5% of plan)

-         Consuming: 3,190 tons (15.95% of plan)

-         Total profit before tax: VND39.2 billion.

2)     The Board of Directors approved business plan for 2015:

-         Exploiting production: 14,500 tons

-         Consuming: 20,000 tons

-         Total profit before tax: VND120 billion - VND155 billion

-         Profit distribution plan for 2015:

• Dividend: 20-25%/par value
• Bonus and welfare fund: 20-25% of profit after tax
• Investment and development fund: 10% of profit after tax
