CAV: The record date for cash dividend for 2014

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announced the record date of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: April 23, 2015

-          Record date: April 27, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the cash dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share).

-          Payment date: May 12, 2015

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation.
