TDW: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 16, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2014 dividend in cash:

–     Record date: May 15, 2015

–     Dividend pay-out ratio:              12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

–     Payment date:   May 29, 2015   

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from April 16, 2015.
