RAL: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 17, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2014 dividend in cash:

–     Record date: April 06, 2015

–     Dividend pay-out ratio:              15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

–     Payment date:   April 27, 2015   

–     Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company 87-89 Ha Dinh Street, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi City.

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from April 17, 2015.
