Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No. 01/NQ.HDQT.2015 as follows:

1)      The BOD approved the 2014 business result:

-         Output: 10,000 tons

-         Revenue: VND480 billion

-         Profit after tax: VND10 billion

The BOD approved direction of management in 2015

-         Change the technology to increase production, decrease expenses.

-         Focus on customer liquidation.

-         Structure products flexibly.

3)     The 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders: the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders will hold on April 24, 2015 at Tan Son Nhat Restaurant, 198-200 Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.
