DIG: DIC Corp to increase holding in DIC Intraco

On March 18, 2015, the Board of Directors of DIC Corp approved the policy on the increase in DIC Corp’s holding ratio in DIC Intraco to the dominant property (associated company) by purchasing shares (stock code: DIC), including the purchase of the shares DIC Intraco additionally issues to existing shareholders.
