Innovative Technology Development Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated March 18, 2015 as follows:

-  The Board of Directors approved some contents of strategic development of Tien Phong Group for 2015-2020 period

-  The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thuong Quan as Business Director for 02 years

-  The Board of Directors approved Quarter 3, 2014 financial statements

-  The Board of Directors approved short-term credit limit at HD Bank is VND200 billion.

-  Member of BOD, CEO, Head of Departments and related persons are responsible to implement this resolution.

-  This resolution goes into effect since the date of signature.
