KMR: Notice of changes in the investment certificate

On March 20, 2015, Mirae Joint Stock Company received the investment certificate adjusted for the ninth time by the People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province dated March 16, 2015.

Here are changes:

-          To increase the investment capital by increasing the charter capital.

-          To increase the charter capital because of changing the shares issued to increase the share capital from the owner’s capital (bonus shares) to the shares contributed by shareholders.
