Cat Loi Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.162 dated March 20, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: To elect Mr. Phan Van Tao as BoD Chairman.

Article 2: To approve the assignment of tasks to BoD members.

Article 3: To approve a record date for the shareholder list to pay the final dividend for 2014:

-          Record date: April 20, 2015

-          Payment date: May 20, 2015

-          Dividend ratio: 20%/charter capital (VND2,000/share)

-          Payment method: in cash

Article 4: This resolution shall take effect from March 20, 2015.
