SAM: SAM cancels 2015 extraordinary general meeting

On March 12, 2015, the Board of Directors of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation decided to cancel the 2015 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders due to the company plans to hold the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2015. The contents of 2015 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be submitted at its 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
