DTA: Board Resolution – Mar 16

De Tam Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated March 16, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approved the total investment of Nhon Trach Dong Nai Social Housing project by VND475,604,191,120. In which: the investment for phase 1 of 2 block A2-A4, park and infrastructure with worth by VND59,087,696,000 and raising investment capital resource: the company will mobilize free capital from individuals and contribution capital from customers and a part of the company’s equity.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to focus its source to deploy the construction in April 2015. The Board of Directors expected to hold the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 27, 2015.
