KDC: Notice of Written Resolution

According to the written resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders dated March 12, 2015, the shareholders of Kinh Do Corporation unanimously approved a special dividend policy for existing shareholders in 2015 after selling the stake in Kinh Do Binh Duong Corporation: VND20,000/share.

-         The resolution takes effect from the date of signing, March 12, 2015.
