PIST: PIST’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 301/TB-SGDHCM dated March13, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Southern Power Corporation (EVN SPC) at Power Investment – Trade – Service Joint Stock Company (PIST) as follows:

-  Until 04:00pm March 12, 2015 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.40/QD-SGDHCM dated February 11, 2015 promulgating the share auction regulation of Southern Power Corporation (EVN SPC) at Power Investment – Trade – Service Joint Stock Company (PIST), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
