PISICO Binh Dinh Corporation: PISICO Binh Dinh Corporation’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 356/TB-SGDHCM dated March 23, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of PISICO Binh Dinh Corporation – Joint Stock Company as follows:

-  Until 04:00pm March 20, 2015 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.50/QD-SGDHCM dated February 27, 2015 promulgating the share auction regulation of PISICO Binh Dinh Corporation – Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
