Cafatex Fishery JSC: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of auction of shares of Cafatex Fishery Joint Stock Company owned by State Capital and Investment Corporation as follows:

–     Until 16:00 on April 06, 2015 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.70/QD-SGDHCM dated March 16, 2015 promulgating the share auction regulation of Cafatex Fishery Joint Stock Company owned by State Capital and Investment Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
