6)     Number of treasury shares: 58,000 shares

7)     Number of estimated issue shares: 300,000 shares

8)     Total issue value: VND3,000,000,000

9)     Issue ratio (Estimated issue shares/Outstanding shares): 0.28%

10)  Financial resource: share premium and retained earnings and /or the after-tax profit accumulated until December 31, 2013 on the 2013 audited financial statements.

11)  Transfer restriction period: within 03 years.
