3)     Exchange ratio: 1:1 (01 share of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company exchanged for 01 share of Nature Viet Joint Stock Company)

4)     Time of exchange: from March 31, 2015 to April 20, 2015

5)     Place of exchange: The head office of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company.

6)     Place of disclosure of the prospectus for exchange: The head office of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company.
