Tay Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Development’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 152/TB-SGDHCM dated February 26, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) at Tay Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Until 04:00pm February 25, 2015 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.25/QD-SGDHCM dated January 26, 2015 promulgating the share auction regulation of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) at Tay Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
