On January 28, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.28/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow PAN Pacific Corporation (stock code: PAN) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-          Number of shares before additional listing: 60,543,748 shares

-          Additional volume: 1,100,000 shares

-          Total additional value (based on par value): VND11,000,000,000

-          Number of shares after additional listing: 61,643,748 shares

-          Total value after additional listing: VND616,437,480,000

-          Effective date of the listing license: January 30, 2015

-          Reason of additional listing: to issue new shares under the selective program for employees in the company.
