On January 08, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.14/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAI) as follows:
- Ex-right date: January 16, 2015
- Record date: January 20, 2015
- Purpose: to implement share purchase rights to the existing shareholders.
- Detailed contents:
1. Expected issue volume: 52,199,973 shares
2. Exercise ratio: 1:1.5 (each shareholder owning 02 shares will have 03 rights to purchase new shares, and with every 01 right he or she will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).
3. Issue price: VND12,500/share
4. The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
For example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 99 shares. With the exercise ratio of 1:1.5, the calculation is: 99*3/2 = 148.5 shares. After rounding down, shareholder A has the right to buy 148 new shares, the part of 0.5 share will be cancelled.
5. The shares refused to buy will be offered to other investors at the price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders.
