HAR: HAR receives the transfer of capital in Mien Dong Thao

On December 29, 2014, the Board of Directors of An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan for receiving the transfer of capital contributed in Mien Dong Thao Co., Ltd. as follows:

-          Company: Mien Dong Thao Co., Ltd.

-          Head office: Lot M5, Chau A Area, Hoang Hoa Tham, ward 2, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

-          Charter capital: VND6,800,000,000.

-          The capital that An Duong Thao Dien receives: VND2,040,000,000, accounting for 30% of charter capital of Mien Dong Thao.
