DXG: Board Resolution on Capital Contribution

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation announced Board Resolution No.51/2014/NQ-HDQT dated December 26, 2014 regarding the capital contribution as follows:

Article 1: Approving to contribute an additional VND110 billion to increase the charter capital of Ha Thuan Hung Construction – Trading – Services Co., Ltd. to VND236 billion. In which, DXG owns 99.89%.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
