TDH: Notice of Board Resolution _ Dec 22

Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation announced Board Resolution No.1573/NQ-HDQT dated December 22, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the policy that Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation temporarily stops asking for permission to offer shares to the existing shareholders:

1.       To temporarily stop asking for permission to offer shares to the existing shareholders with a ratio of 2:1. The Directorate was assigned to adjust the issue plan.

2.       To fulfill procedures to ask for permission to issue shares for capital increase from the owner’s capital (bonus stock) with a ratio of 10:1, and to pay 10% cash dividend (5% dividend for 2013 and 5% interim dividend for 2014).

Time of implementation: in Quarter 1/2015.

3.       To authorize the Management Board to implement the plan above.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
