Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation announced Board Resolution No.50/2014/NQ-HDQT regarding the transfer of project in District 7, Hochiminh City as follows:

Article 1: Approving to receive the transfer of project “Tan Thuan Ward Apartment Building – District 7” in Ben Nghe Street, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Hochiminh city.

-          Project: Tan Thuan Ward Apartment Building – District 7

-          Location: Ben Nghe Street, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Hochiminh city

-          Area: 9,818 m2.

-          Total estimated investment: VND700 billion

-          Estimated transfer value of land (or project): VND120 billion

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
