Vinh Hoan Corporation has set up a subsidiary as follows:

-          Name of the subsidiary in Vietnamese: Công ty Vĩnh Hoàn Singapore Pte Ltd tại Singapore

-          Name of the subsidiary in English: Vinh Hoan Singapore Pte Ltd

-          Charter capital: USD700,000 (Vinh Hoan Corporation contributed 100% of the charter capital).

-          Ms. Truong Thi Le Khanh was representatives of capital of Vinh Hoan Singapore Pte Ltd.
