ABI: Change in the BOD

Agriculture Bank Insurance Joint - Stock Corporation (ABIC) announced the change in BOD as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Minh has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 15/12/2014;
- Mr. Dinh Viet Dong has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 15/12/2014. Mr. Dinh Viet Dong will officially become Chair of the Board after this appointment is approved by Vietnam Ministry of Finance.
