HBC: HBC wins bid for a project in Phu Quoc Island

On December 16, 2014, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation started the construction of Star Bay Tourist Area (North of Phu Quoc Island). This project is invested by Star Bay Vietnam Co., Ltd. and will have 250 rooms and 50 5-star bungalows. This is the first project which Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation assumed the role of Design & Build investor.

Besides, on December 06, 2014, JW Marriot Hotel project was started the construction.  Mat Troi Phu Quoc Co., Ltd. invested this project, and Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation is the main contractor with the total contract value of VND72 billion.
