TYA: Board Resolution _ Dec 17

Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated December 17, 2014 as follows:

1)     To extend the credit turnover of Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank., Ltd-OBU Branch to USD5,000,000.00 (Five million dollars) in order to increase the company’s working capital. This loan is guaranteed by Chairman Shen Shang Pang.    

2)     To import equipment for the production of electromagnetic wire.

3)     To authorize the company’s legal representative, Mr. Wang Ting Shu – CEO, to be responsible for contacting and signing contracts with Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank., Ltd-OBU Branch.
