On November 25, 2014, HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment for 2014 of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Stock symbol:   VSC                            

-         Ex-right date:    December 04, 2014

-         Record date:     December 08, 2014

-         Purpose       to implement the cash dividend payment for 2014

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date: December 26, 2014

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Head office, 11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from December 26, 2014, and please submit ID card.
