BHS: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 22, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2014 dividend in cash:

—    Record date: December 08, 2014

—    Dividend pay-out ratio:  5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

—    Payment date:   December 22, 2014      

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Senior management to implement.

Article 3:  This resolution takes effect from November 22, 2014.
