DRL: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 24, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for the second phase of 2014 dividend in cash:

—    Record date: December 31, 2014

—    Dividend pay-out ratio:  20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

—    Payment date:   January 27, 2015          

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Director to implement.

Article 3:  This resolution takes effect from November 24, 2014.
