NBB: Report on the result of private placement of corporate bonds

NBB Investment Corporation has reported the first phase of private placement of corporate bonds as follows:

1)     Information on the result of private placement:

-  Estimated issue volume: VND600,000,000,000

-  Real issue volume: VND189,810,000,000 (Phase 1)

-  Purpose of the private placement: to corporate to invest in City Gate Towers Project.

-  Bond term: 03 years

-  Bond type: secured corporate bond

-  Nominal interest rate: 10%/year

-  Issue date: October 29, 2014

-  Maturity date: October 29, 2017

-  Interest payment: the bond interest will be paid on December 31 and June 30, and according to the negotiations between parties in the agreement between NBB and Creed Investments VN-1 Ltd dated September 09, 2014.

-  All bonds were issued to Creed Investments VN-1 Ltd, a limited company established under the laws of British Virgin Islands with information as follows:

-  Representative: Mr. Toshikiko Muneyoshi
