International Development & Investment Corporation announced the board resolution dated October 29, 2014 as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to ask the Vietnam
Securities Depository to define a list of shareholders of International
Development & Investment Corporation so that the Corporation seeks
shareholders’ approval for a private placement of bonds:

Purpose: (i) to restructure debts, (ii) to raise the
company’s capital.

Article 2: The Board of
Directors approved to consult shareholders in writing about the issues at
Article 1 from November 24, 2014 to December 15, 2014.
Article 3: The Board of
Directors approved a record date for the shareholder list to be November 14,
2014.
Article 4: The Board of
Directors authorized the Directorate to conduct the written consultation.
Article 5: This resolution
takes effect from the date of signing.
