VNE: VNE completes the payment of bond principal & interest

To execute Board Resolution No.25 dated October 08, 2012, Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation privately issued VNE-BOND2012 bonds with the total issue value of VND350 billion; non-convertible; interest rate: 14%/year; term: 02 years; from October 31, 2012.

-         Until October 29, 2014, Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation completed the final payment obligations of principal and interest of VNE-BOND2012 bonds to the payment agent Saigon Securities Incorporation (SSI) so that SSI makes the payment to VNE-BOND2012’s bondholders.
