CLC: The record date for interim dividend 2014

On November 03, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1018/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company (stock code: CLC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: November 14, 2014

-          Record date: November 18, 2014

-          Purpose: to pay the interim cash dividend for 2014.

-          Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (VND1,500 for 01 share)

-          Time of implementation: December 16, 2014

-          Place of implementation:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Cat Loi Joint Stock Company as from December 16, 2014. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
