-          Name of the subsidiary in English: Vincom Khanh Hoa Construction Limited Company

-          Address: Hon Tre Island, Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

-          Charter capital: VND10,000,000,000 (VINGROUP Joint Stock Company contributed 94% of the charter capital or VND94,000,000,000).
