IMP: Executes the Decision of the Government Inspectorate

Imexpharm Corporation announced the board resolution dated September 23, 2014 as follows:

-         To execute Decision No.2234/QD-TTCP dated September 19, 2014 by the Government Inspectorate on the treatment after the inspection of Tamiflu reserves, the Board of Directors of Imexpharm Corporation on September 23, 2014 approved to pay US$697,500 into the custody account of the Government Inspectorate. The resource for the payment will be the financial reserve fund of Imexpharm.
