Article 1: The Board of Directors decided the undistributed shares will be distributed to 20 investors at VND5,000/shares.

-         Time to deposit money to buy shares: on September 26, 2014 at the latest

-         Bank account for blocking depository money:

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from September 23, 2014.
