Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SJD) will issue 5,000,000 shares in order to swap 5,000,000 shares of NaLoi Hydropower Joint Stock Company (HNX: NLC) as follows:

-          Swap ratio: 1:1 (01 NLC share is exchanged for 01 SJD share)    

-          Issuer: Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company

-          Consulting firm: Kim Long Securities Corporation.
