SJD: CAN DON HSC receives a certificate to issue new shares

Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company (CAN DON HSC) received Certificate No.80/GCN – UBCK dated October 02, 2014 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam. Accordingly, the Company was approved to issue 5,000,000 shares to interchange with shares of NaLoi Hydropower Joint Stock Company:

-         Total issue volume: 5,000,000 shares

-         Total issue value (basing on par value): VND50,000,000,000

-         Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

-         Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.

-         Advisory & underwriting company: Kim Long Securities Corporation.
