Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company did not get approval from the State Securities Commission to issue bonus shares due to not enough sources. Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company would seek shareholders’ approval for additional source to issue bonus shares with exercise ratio 2:1 to increase its charter capital.
