HDG: Reminded to submit the reviewed semi-annual financial statements 2014

On August 28, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of parent company of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company and disclosed to the market. Accordingly, the auditing company had already signed the audited financial reports on August 14, 2014. According to Point 2 Article 10, Section 2, Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC promulgated on April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance. Therefore, Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company was late disclosing the audited semi-annual financial statements of parent company.

-         Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminded Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company to disclose information under Regulations.
