1) Meeting date: 8:30am, September 20, 20142) Meeting venue: The Meeting Hall of Construction Corporation No.1 - Company Limited, Floor 9, Sailing Tower, 111 Pasteur, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city. 3) Main contents: - Report on profit and loss in six months;- The resignation of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for the second term, and the election of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for the third term (2014 – 2019). 4) Participants: All shareholders own MDG shares according to the shareholder list on the record date of August 25, 2014.
