TSC: Reminded to submit the reviewed semi-annual financial statements 2014

On August 29, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of parent company of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company and disclosed to the market. Accordingly, the auditing company had already signed the audited financial reports on August 12, 2014. According to Point 2 Article 10, Section 2, Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC promulgated on April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance. Therefore, Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company was late disclosing the audited semi-annual financial statements of parent company.

-         Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminded Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company to disclose information under Regulations.
