VHG: Board Resolution No.37 on a Result of New Issue

Viet -Han Corporation announced Board Resolution No.37 dated August 05, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of share offering to the existing shareholders in order to increase the charter capital to VND750 billion in 2014 as follows:

-         Number of shares registered to offer: 37,500,000 shares

-         Number of shares distributed: 715,872 shares

-         Total proceeds: VND7,158,720,000

-         Number of shares undistributed: 36,784,128 shares

Article 2: Approving to continue selling fractional and undistributed shares (36,784,128 shares) to partners, strategic investors and other.

-         Registration time: from August 06, 2014 to August 16, 2014.
